Marshall Minnesota Mural

The goal with this wall mural is to bring artwork and help display Marshall’s great attractions, and encourage online engagement.
Each letter has a different category, highlighting Marshall’s favorite: sports arenas, parks, historic photos, events, artwork, landmarks, and businesses (we chose to do businesses we do a lot of work for and are headquartered to town to help promote them)

Northstar Systembuilt - Plans book and Options book
I was asked to make edits to an existing plans book and options book for a local custom home company.
The plans book required updating house plans, titles, and details
The Option book took a little more time. I was swapping out items, adding and replacing pieces and entire pages, while making sure it all follows print requirements. the final book was printed in Feb 2022 and was a total of 136 pages
The book previews every option available when building your custom home from appliances, to shingles and doorknobs
